Removes color spots on the skin.
A good emulsion of the hair dye cannot always remove the dye residue on the scalp. Especially on the forehead, in the neck and behind the ears, some stubborn pigments sometimes remain.
After the emulsion, apply Stain Remover to a cotton ball and rub off the color spots. Rinse with water. Then apply Stabilizing Shampoo.
